We are excited to announce we will  be co-hosting a Culinary Fundraiser on Sunday, January 17th. 

An 8 course meal will be presented to you by Junior Culinary Team Canada & Vancouver Island University. 

Your hosts for the event will be VIU Chef Jenny Aronson, VIU Chef Buddy Wolfe, and Junior Culinary Team member Ottis Crabbe. 

There will be 2 seatings available, 5:00 pm & 8:00 pm

A Delicious Collaboration from the Valley

 

A truly collaborative evening at The Ainslie with Chef Ian, Bruce from Valley Cider and Mike from Emandare Vineyard. A delicious five course meal featuring incredible pairings. Enjoy Bruce's very cleverly crafted ciders, meticulously made with apples and local grapes. And, selections by Mike from Emandare's lovely vintage library. Enjoy being captivated by these three very passionate and creative individuals collaboratively creating an evening that is genuinely capturing our love for the Cowichan Valley.
